Company's current business activity is urban development, consisting of development of facilities and infrastructures, providing investor with ready-to-build land, development of residential area, development of commercial buildings and non commercial buildings, and providing related services.
The company's Kota Mandiri Plan will comprise housing, offices, stores, recreation facilities, hospital, schools and other facilities as deemed necessary. In running the business, company procured ready-to-build land completed with infrastructures. The company itself or other person may conduct the development. Until today, all facilities and infrastructures being and will be developed are managed by company and business operation permits of the same are in company's possession, exception is Polo and Equisterian facilities which are managed by PT. Jakarta Polo and Equesterian, Taman Budaya (Cultural Park) which are managed by subsidiary, PT. Gununggeulis Elok Abadi.
